STORE CREDIT & RETURNS POLICY

At  JRC APPAREL, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

STORE CREDIT ONLY

All eligible returns are issued in the form of store credit via digital gift card or store code. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

To qualify for store credit, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags and packaging must still be attached
  • No stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, damage, or alterations
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Preorder items
  • Custom-made pieces
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits, lashes, beauty products, wigs, bundles, or accessories
  • Items purchased during promotional sales
  • Gift cards

PREORDERS

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing timeframe listed in the product description. Preorder items are made-to-order and are FINAL SALE.

Processing/shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit if approved.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error was caused by JRC APPAREL.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing your purchase with  JRC APPAREL, you agree to this store credit policy. Filing fraudulent chargebacks after receiving products or agreeing to preorder terms may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
